In the old days we needed a fulltime receptionist, but since smart phones have virtually replaced the land-based telephone, we are looking for a key person to help us that is so much more than a receptionist to:

• Organize domestic and international travel
• Keep our social media influencing updated
• Co-organize special events
• Support our marketing efforts
• Keep shipments heading in the right directions
• Connect our employees with each other and the outside world
• Make visitors feel welcome
