Aqua Survey was contracted to perform a survey of a canal behind the infamous Amityville house, where it was believed a second firearm was discarded after the 1974 murders.  By towing an EM (electromagnetic) array behind one of our vessels, we located 317 metal objects.  Aqua Survey’s geophysicists generated a small list of high-priority targets for divers to investigate.  Aqua Survey’s custom EM-tipped probe was hand-pushed into the sediment to further pinpoint each object.  Once the probe was in close proximity to the target, a diver was splashed to investigate it.  You won’t believe what happened next:
