Reliable Testing and Reporting: Aqua Survey’s environmental toxicology laboratory was the first bioassay laboratory in the country to be certified by a public agency. ASI was certified by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Certification Number 10309) in 1983 and has remained continuously certified since then. The New Jersey DEP continues to oversee the country’s most rigorous lab certification program. Being a New Jersey-based environmental toxicology laboratory has been both a blessing and a challenge. Due to the extremely litigious nature of environmental watchdog groups in the northeast, Aqua Survey’s capabilities and standard operating procedures have had to meet extremely stringent technical and legal reviews. ASI offers clients a full range of quality assurance/quality control levels spanning low-intensity all the way to GLP.
