(Sediment Vibracoring)

The Right Equipment for Your Project: ASI owns and operates over a dozen sediment vibracoring systems which can be deployed on land, marsh or water. Our systems accommodate 3 and 4-inch core barrels and can collect continuous cores to 40-feet long. Our vibracore-heads can handle several thousand feet of water pressure. ASI has over a dozen vessels which have been custom engineered to support our sediment coring equipment.
Sediment vibracores are used to support:
• Contaminant characterization
• Geotechnical characterization
• Geophysical data ground-truthing
• Mineral/Precious deposit characterization
• Archeological investigation
